The FPA report shows that there are a couple issues that may explain the problem. If these tips do not help, change the Error Reporting in the Global Configuration to 'Maximum' and turn on the option Debug System to get the PHP call stack and post the error details and the call stack into your reply.

LiveSite: Is Not Empty
Write-enable and edit the file configuration.php and remove the value from the variable $live_site:

Code:

public $live_site = '';
Potential Missing Extensions :: zip | curl
Enable these PHP extensions in the cPanel, provided by your host.

Potential Ownership Issues:[/b] Maybe
Unless you are managing the web server, ask your host to fix the file ownership issue.

Potential Missing Modules :: mod_rewrite | mod_expires | mod_ssl
Assuming that you would like to use SEF URLs, enable the Apache ReWrite module. Similarly, if the site needs HTTPS URLs, enable the SSL module.

3rd Party:: file_fof40 (4.1.3) ? | file_fof30 (3.6.2) ? |
These Akeeba libraries are obsolete. Download and install Akeeba Magic Eraser. It removes them automatically.

Templates :: Admin :: bluestork (2.5.0) 1
This Joomla 2.5 template can be removed, manually if necessary.
