Hi

Creating these pages in Joomla is not hard:
- create a top-level category
- create 26 articles in that category
- create a menu
- add 26 menu items, each pointing to one article

There you have 26 landing pages that do not appear on your site frontend.

Of course I don't want the landing pages visible on my website within a menu item or in the sitemap on the front-end or elsewhere. But they should be found by Google of course.

1 - How would you expect Google to find these pages if they are not visible on the frontend and not present in the sitemap?
2 - Even if you add them to a sitemap (you can create a separate sitemap just for them for instance and submit that manually to the Google Search console, how do you expect Google will rank pages that are just not linked from your own website? how could they trust them if you don't trust these pages enough to link them from your own site?
3 - Per Webdongle comment, ranking these pages will be near impossible, at least if you have any competitor in these areas. You'll always be outranked by people with Google Business Profiles for instance.

Now, maybe, if you don't have competition at all, why not. But the odds are very, very thin.
