A friend of mine and I are planning to start translating a custom Joomla component. My question is, what kind of platform would you suggest for that? It could be cloud-based, where we could register, or a self-hosted solution, even Joomla-based, as we have a cPanel-based host where we can install it.
We would be working on this with maybe 3 or 4 people. The goal is to easily generate an installable language pack for Joomla 5 or at least a file that I can manually copy to the Joomla language folder. This isn't a commercial project, so I'm looking for a free solution.
