I have been admin on a Joomla 3.x magazine-type website for many years, so am familiar with creating articles, categories, menus and working with other components. However, the site needs upgrading, which essentially comes down to re-designing it in Joomla 5. The current design was done for us, but as the site is not for profit and with no income stream, I would like to start by trying to create it myself.
To that end, I have MAMP PRO 7 installed on my local computer, together with Joomla 5.1.2, PHP 8.3.9 and MySQL 8.0 database. The Cassiopeia template is running with the Blog Sample Data.
However, I would like to install the T4 Framework, Page Builder etc. and perhaps the Purity IV Template, but the system will not install them as it has a limit of 8MB for upload.
Could someone please help me with this? Can I change that limit and if so how? Or how else does one install alternative templates?
